Domestic Payment and Shipping Options

  Most orders are processed and on their way to you within 24 hours. In stock items, shipped standard shipping, should be on your doorstep within 5-14 calendar days anywhere in the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military Addresses). If not delivered by the 14th day, call our customer service center at 1-800-845-6507, 5:00am - 6:00pm PT Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm PT Saturday, and we will gladly assist you in tracking the order. Backorders will not be charged additional shipping. We use the US Postal Service for our Standard shipping, please provide us with the appropriate address. Shipping and handling charges are listed in the table below.

Residents of Washington state will be charged the appropriate county/city sales tax of the Ship To address and calculated on the total of the order including shipping charges. Residents of Ohio will be charged 6.75% sales tax calculated on the total of the order including shipping charges. Residents of all other states are responsible for paying any applicable local sales tax.


Rush Shipping


Choose from either 2nd or 3rd Day Rush Shipping. Add $16.00 per package to standard shipping charges for 2nd Day and $10.00 per package for 3rd Day.
Rush orders can be shipped to Contiguous U.S. addresses only, via UPS and they cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. For orders received by 1:30PM PT, Monday through Thursday, your package will be delivered within two or three business days (excluding holidays and weekends). 2nd Day orders placed on Friday prior to 1:30pm PT will arrive on Tuesday, 3rd Day will arrive on Wednesday. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Wednesday and Thursday, respectively. When you place an order, we will ask you to specify your preferred shipping method. Correct shipping charges will be calculated for you automatically.

All available items in your order will be shipped in the expedited ship method you requested. Any item that is on backorder will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available by the standard shipping method.

Penny Pinching Postage Shipping Options

  By using U.S. Postal "Media Mail" service, we're able to reduce your shipping costs. To qualify for this special shipping rate, your order must contain ONLY books, packets and/or videos and can only ship to addresses in the Contiguous U.S. Shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO and international locations will receive the standard shipping rate. If you are ordering more than just books, packets or videos, then, separating your orders will, in most cases, save you the most in shipping costs. However, we recommend you calculate what your shipping costs would be for both options before deciding. Your order will arrive in 5-15 business days, depending on how close you are to Columbus, OH or any major metropolitan area. If you wish to receive your order faster you can still use our standard shipping service and your order will arrive in 5-14 calendar days as usual. To receive your order through our standard shipping please place your order with our customer service department at 1-800-845-6507.

Payment and Shipping Information - Canada

  Your order will be shipped via Canada Post’s Expedited Mail Service. As a service to our Canadian customers, we collect from you only a GST & Duty of 10% on the total value of items ordered, excluding any shipping charges. Please Note: You are responsible for any HST or PST, if applicable.

Since all postal fees are paid for ahead of time, you won't have to wait for your package-it comes right to your door so you can start painting immediately! All Canadian orders are trucked to the border and will be delivered using Canada Post's Expedited Mail Service. You should expect delivery in 5-14 business days depending upon your location. If your package is not delivered within 14 days, please call us at 1-800-845-6507, 5:00am - 6:00pm PT Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm PT Saturday, and we will gladly assist you in tracking your order.

Please note: Due to shipping regulations, aerosol products cannot be shipped to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or Canada.

Payment and Shipping outside the U.S. or Canada

  We regret to inform you that we no longer offer international shipping for our ArtistsClub.com customers. We will continue to ship to all of the United States, Canada, all US territories, and all Military addresses that include an APO or FPO.

Our primary reason for this is that we are not able to provide our international customers with the same superior service we provide to our North American customers. We have not been able to locate satisfactory shipping options that will work for all 75 countries we were servicing.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. You can still purchase from the Artist’s Club if you have a US or Canadian shipping address, such as a friend or a mail forwarding service. All payment is via credit card and our prices are quoted in U.S. dollars only. In this case, we can accept your order using your international address for billing, but a domestic address for shipping.

Again, please accept our apologies for discontinuing this service.

Returns Policy

 
   
  We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from the Artist's Club. If our products do not please you for any reason, merely return them to us within 30 days for a full product refund. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Please fill out the back of your invoice and indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange for the amount of the product. Please note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
